No downloading response when using IE browser |
|
QuickTime Player will induce IE browser to be unable to download films. If computer is preset to play, MP4 film will automatically be set to on-line viewing. Some users mistakenly thought the long-waiting to be a site problem for unsuccessful download.
1. Upon purchased a film, please use right mouse button to select Flashget for download. Any download software can follow the same steps.
2. Remove QuickTime Player from control panel for films to play. If your films are WMV, please remove WMV as automatic playing from your windows media player.
3. Using mouse right-click on the Download button to display popmenu, select Save Link As for Chrome browser, select Save Target As for IE Browser. |

Downloading too Slow? |
|
If there is any question regarding downloading speed, we suggest Flash Get. Using such software can increase your download speed up to 5 times. An average 1G film will only take 10-20 minutes to download. (Bandwidth speed varies) |

What are the most simultaneous downloads with FLASHGET? |
